Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if products become unavailable, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.

Coffee is an agricultural product and may naturally vary slightly in flavour, aroma, and appearance from one harvest or roast to another.

We reserve the right to change product offerings, packaging, pricing, and specifications without notice.

Payment

Payments are securely processed through Square. We do not store your credit card information.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor used to process your transaction.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a coffee subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the schedule selected at checkout.

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, modified, or cancelled before the next billing date through your customer account portal.

If a subscription renewal is processed before cancellation is requested, the renewal order will be fulfilled in accordance with our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are available on our website.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Chalo’s Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, labour disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could interfere with the operation or security of the website.

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, product descriptions, graphics, and branding, remains the property of Chalo’s Coffee Roasters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
