We love this coffee because it reminds us that great coffee is never just about flavour—it’s about people.

This lot comes from a collection of small family farms in Nuevo Oriente, Guatemala, where many producers have been growing coffee on the same land for generations. The region’s cloudy, rainy weather slows the coffee’s development, helping create a cup that’s smooth, sweet, and full of character.

Many of the farmers here process their own coffee, giving them control over quality from the moment the coffee is picked until it’s ready to leave the farm. As coffee farmers ourselves, we have a deep appreciation for the care and hard work that goes into producing coffees like this one.

Made up of Caturra, Catuai, Villasarchi, Sarchimor, and Marseilles varieties, this coffee showcases the unique character of the region. In the cup, expect bright notes of star fruit, subtle vanilla sweetness, and a silky smooth finish that is a pleasure to drink any time of day.
