Beyond our own family farm, we work with trusted producers we’ve come to know over the years. We know their farms, their harvests, and the families behind every lot we roast. Those relationships shape the coffees we choose and allow us to stay connected to the communities where they’re grown.

Every bag is roasted to order in our Pickering roastery and shipped within 24–48 hours, so you enjoy your specialty coffee at its freshest, exactly as it was meant to taste.
